Why you won't find us on Trustpilot
Financial difficulty is one of the most private experiences a person can go through. The shame and stigma that surround debt — unfairly, in our view — mean that the vast majority of our clients would never want their names or circumstances made public, even after they are through the other side.
This means that online review platforms like Google and Trustpilot are simply not suited to the nature of what we do. Most clients who leave reviews on those platforms are buying a product or booking a service they are happy to discuss openly. Our clients are dealing with something far more personal — and we respect that completely.
The testimonials below have been shared with us privately, over many years, by clients who wanted to express their gratitude. We are grateful to every one of them — both for trusting us with their situation in the first place, and for giving us permission to share their words here.
