founding director of Lightside. Chris is very passionate about the need
for people in financial difficulties to get proper, impartial and
ethical debt advice. |
Gillian Borg has twelve years experience in the banking and
financial services industry. Gillian has been a member of the
Nailsea community for over thirty years and has been in business for
the last seven.
She has always loved helping people and finds the change in people’s
lives immensely rewarding.
Gillian has two teenage children whom love her homemade cooking! A
love she has found in the last few years.
Keith lives in Cheddar with his wife, Helen who is a teacher in the
village, and his dog, Molly.
He enjoys most sports, especially rugby and cricket, but
unfortunately just watching now instead of playing.
Keith experienced debt problems in the past before running his own
successful convenience store business, and is living proof there is
life after debt. He has now sold his business, and is able to offer
his clients the benefits of his experience.
Carole Jordan has over 20 years experience in the banking and financial
services industry. Having moved around for a number of years with her
husband Harry she is settled again in her home town of Nailsea.
Carole loves helping people and enjoys seeing the difference that can be
made to someone’s life when they are given the right advice and support.
In her spare time Carole enjoys pub quizzes and even plays quizmaster
once a month at her local club.
Donald has 5 years’ experience of delivering debt solutions to
individuals and small businesses. This often required imaginative and
lateral thinking which he has bought to Lightside
“Finding the right solution for someone in debt,” Donald says “sometimes
requires some flexible thinking, and Lightside is all about thinking it
through from the point of view of the person in debt.
Debt is one of those things that everyone thinks they are an expert
about. There is so much mis-information and misunderstanding, and people
get so stressed out. It affects your health, relationships, work;
everything.”
Married, with a teenage daughter Donald also has a pair of Siberia
Huskies he tries to keep up with.
Priti began her career in investment banking providing debt financing
for management buy-outs With over 16 years of financial and corporate
experience, in the last 5 years she has specialised in insolvency;
having in-depth knowledge of the law and commercial aspects in dealing
with debt (both individual and small business).
Priti is completely focused formulating and delivering the right
solution for clients; protecting the position of the debtor. Get it
wrong and the home is at risk, relationships, kids, the lot. Get it
right and often there is a real sense of a fresh start.
Priti is a keen cook and is often found hosting large impromptu gastro
affairs.
Donna has over 20 years experience in both the legal and financial
profession, with 10 years specialising in Insolvency and Business
Recovery.
Having worked, lived and socialised in Swansea her whole life, she has an
excellent network of contacts throughout the business and social
community.
As a graduate from the “University of Life”, Donna is well placed to
offer constructive and helpful advice to clients with financial
problems.
